If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request to return the product at your own cost and request a refund or exchange. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased at https://larnelec.com in accordance with the terms below:
For an item to be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. You’ll also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to any address that you find on item or to the manufacturer. The return address must be provided to you by LARNELEC upon your request.
A return authorization must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. You must contact us at email@example.com to request for the RMA.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Once an RMA is received, dispatch the item within 7 days maximum, and email us the tracking number so we can track your return.
If the returned item is dispatched after 7 days from the reception of the RMA, LARNELEC reserve the right not to accept the returned item and the RMA will become void.
You must dispatch the item to the address provided within 7 days of receipt of RMA for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Damages and issues
All products are inspected before dispatching to customers. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective measures.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT), and items on clearance are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to the address of the fulfilment center provided with the RMA.
If you return Product to LARNELEC (a) without a return authorization from LARNELEC or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, LARNELEC store retains the right to refuse acceptance of such return.
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition and in their original package, LARNELEC retains the right to charge a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and any other charges that were incurred in delivering the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Book with obvious signs of use
-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a notification will be sent to the customer in case there are issues with the item. Upon validation of the returned item, the refund will be processed and company reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee. Once processed, customer account will be automatically credited through the payment method or card which was used for the purchase. Please wait for several severals for the refund to appear on your account statement
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 48 hours of the refund notification email, contact your bank or the credit card provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
